We thank you for considering Candlewood Country Club for your important event.  Our staff is here to assist with all the details and planning to ensure a successful and memorable event. Candlewood prides itself on being a full-service venue.  We will assist you in every aspect of designing and planning the event from menu selection to room set up and decor, and proper event timing sequences.  We will also be delighted to recommend other professional services to enhance the needs of the event to ensure an impressive affair.  Candlewood offers the personal attention you deserve in selecting a private country club to host an event.   Our team will work with you every step of the way to eliminate any hidden charges not always mentioned at other venues.   Our services include:  Professional & Elegant Catering, Menu Planning, Private Banquet Rooms and Directional Maps. Room Description

Our facility contains two beautiful rooms, each able to accommodate up to 150 people. When combined, there is room for 300 persons or 260 persons for events with a dance floor. 

    Candlewood Room

Click to enlarge image Our Candlewood room is furnished with a built-in bar, a 23' x 21' dance floor. 

This room provides a very comfortable, natural and festive atmosphere for any special occasion.



    Starlight Room

Click to enlarge image Our Starlight room handles events such as weddings, parties, tournaments, corporate meetings and luncheons. It contains a built-in bar and a 23' x 30' dance floor.

Availability, Minimums and Deposits

Availability

Lunch Receptions:  11:00am - 4:00pm

Dinner Receptions:  6:00pm - 12:00am

NOTE:  Latest time for event conclusion is 12:30am and must be approved by the Catering Director.

Minimums

Saturday evenings require either 175 persons or $6,000.00++ in hosted food and beverage revenue.

Deposits

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $500 is required for events scheduled from Sunday through Friday.  Any event scheduled for Saturday requires a $1,500.00 deposit.  Fifty percent (50%) of the minimum guarantee is due 60 days prior to the event.  The final balance is due in full eight (8) days prior to the event.  Candlewood Country Club accepts cash, personal checks, cashiers check, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Master Card, and Visa.  Personal checks may not be used for final payment unless it is greater than fourteen (14) business days in advance of the event.

Cancellation

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled event, you will be responsible for all planning charges incurred for your event. If at any time cancellation occurs, it will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.  If another reservation date is requested, your deposit is not transferable unless the reserved room and date can be re-booked.

Security

Any event having attendance of 100 or more persons, or a hosted bar, are required to have a security guard present during the entire time of the party. We require one (1) security guard for every 100 persons. The club can provide one at a cost of $150.00.  If you choose to provide your own security guard they must be licensed, bonded and provide a certificate of liability insurance.
