Annual AssociateThis membership entitles associates to all of the

rights. Annual associate may elect to transfer to an equity or non-equity

Corporate MembershipThis membership shall be made in the name of the corporation.
The corporation may designate two to five employees, shareholders,
or officers to be participants in club activities. The persons designated
shall be voted upon in the usual manner. Corporate membership shall
be non-voting and non-transferable. The corporation may terminate
a designee and apply for a new designee.
The corporation is responsible for any/all indebtedness
of their designees. |

Junior Executive AssociateA Junior Executive Associate is between the ages of
21 and 34 years. Those who apply for this membership shall be voted

the privilages of the club accorded to equity members except ownership
and voting rights.
